Hello Families,
I would like to thank all of the families who joined the Kealing Administration for Parent Orientation earlier last week. Although virtually, we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with you. If you were unable to attend, a copy of the presentation along with FAQs are available on our website under the “Fall 2020” tab.
This week, we are excited to welcome back our Kealing faculty and staff. They have worked extremely hard throughout the summer to develop high quality and engaging lessons for students during virtual learning. We can not wait to see our students take advantage of the innovative learning opportunities.
There have been many changes over the past week related to the start of school. Earlier today, I sent out a letter detailing the district’s reopening plan along with an outline of need to know dates. This letter is also available on our website under “Announcements”.
That is all of this edition. Have a great week.

Required Summer Assignments All Kealing students have required summer assignments in reading and mathematics. These are critical in mitigating the impact of the COVID slide and helping us start the 2020-2021 school year well. Click here for information on where to find your specific summer assignments. Please be sure to check-in with your student to see if they have completed both. There’s still plenty of time left to be ready for our 1st day of school! If you need additional assistance, contact timothy.estes@austinisd.org or sapna.duchesne@austinisd.org. |
