Spirit Week & Homecoming Tailgate
This week is Kealing's Homecoming and Spirit Week.  Here's what your student's should wear to show that We're a Competitor's Worst Nightmare.
We hope to see you all at Kealing on Tuesday, October 4 from 3:00-5:00 pm.  We will be tailgating and sending our football players off in style before we follow them to Noack to take on the Fulmore Falcons.  We'll have some food and music but feel free to bring your coolers and grills too.  We're looking forward to a fun send off!

Kealing Men - Mentors Needed
The Kealing Men Program is starting up for the year, beginning with an information session at the Kealing tailgating party on Tuesday, October 4th from 3-5pm. Kealing Men is a mentorship program for our young men at Kealing to support their development into future leaders. If you are interested in making a difference in the lives of young Kealing men, please come to the information session or contact leader Richard Barner, at

Kealing High School Fair
Kealing Middle School will be hosting a High School Fair on Tuesday, October 11th during advisory. The high school fair is meant to give all students an opportunity to visit with their zoned high school and to see what other application based programs are offered at AISD high schools.
Last year, all of the participating high schools did a wonderful job showcasing their schools’ special programs and offering their insight into the high school experience for rising 9th graders. It will be helpful and exciting for students to get a taste of what their high school has to offer.
Last year, schools brought flyers, tri-folds, did mini demonstrations and many brought a few high school students with them to speak on their behalf. It would be helpful if students know their zoned high school.
Visit the AISD school assignment by resident address (SARA), where you can enter your address to identify your zoned high school.
Please visit the Kealing counseling website for continued updates on upcoming high school transition events.

The guidelines are general, but suggestions are to provide snacks, treats, small gifts, supplies or support to show our appreciation. After you choose a teacher from the SignUp Genius List, you receive an email with your Pal’s favorite things. There are 4 planned 'drop' times to deliver gifts/treats: Oct. 17-21, Dec. 5-9, Feb. 6-10, and May 1-5. Reminders will be sent out prior to drop times. Click here to find your Secret Pal.
