Each week the students will design a robot to accomplish tasks such as getting through a maze, making art, dancing, etc. The goal is to simply have fun and learn robotics and programming along the way. The Facility Condition Assessment and the Educational Suitability Report are now available. These reports give an overview of Kealing's current campus conditions and will help inform the district's long-range facility planning as we work to envision the future of Austin ISD. We will keep you updated as the District moves forward with this process.

Contact parent volunteers Theresa Spicer (theresa.spicer@yahoo.com) and Laura DiCarlo (lhdicarlo@yahoo.com) if you'd like to help plan or volunteer day of. Hi all!! How would you like to help our amazingly awesome Kealing teachers make more time to be amazingly awesome???? We are trying to initiate a group of parents who are interested in donating some time each week to help out by making copies for the teachers/staff. It's a simple job but it goes a long way to freeing up the teachers' time for things like.....teaching!!! Just sitting in front of the school waiting for your child to finish an after school club? Come inside and make some copies! Stopping by for the KMAG or PTA meeting? Why not hang around and make some copies! Even if it's just a scheduled one hour/week or impromptu ...it will go a long way to help out. We are creating a simple system so even if you just pop into the school you will easily know what and how many copies to make! This is a real on the ground way to help our teachers and staff lighten their loads!
If you have any interest, please contact Meggan Carcasi at mdowell22@yahoo.com or Emily Long at eel102801@yahoo.com. Give us a rough idea of what day/times you might be available.
