Recommended Chrome Extensions
Below are a list of free chrome extensions that we recommend all students add to their Austin ISD or personal devices to support academic accommodations and learning needs at home.

Google Dictionary
This extension allows students to easily view definitions easily as you browse the web.

Google Translate
Highlight or right-click on a section of text and click the translate icon next to it to translate the text to your language of choice. To translate the entire page, click the translate icon on the browser toolbar.

Immersive Reader
Select text, right-click, and Microsoft's Immersive Reader will help you read it. There are plenty of other reader plug-ins, but this reader is preferred since it is the same as the reader that exists within BLEND.

Open Dyslexic Font For Chrome
Open-Dyslexic is an open sourced font created to increase readability for readers with dyslexia. This extension overrides all fonts on web pages with the OpenDyslexic font and formats pages to be more readable.
