Last week was AISD's Custodian and Grounds Keeping Appreciation Week (with National Custodial Workers Day on October 2nd). If you get the opportunity, please be sure to extend a belated thank you to the Kealing staff who help keep our school so clean and our grounds so tidy. They also received gift bags from our PTA.

Kealing Men - Mentors Needed
Last year, all of the participating high schools did a wonderful job showcasing their schools’ special programs and offering their insight into the high school experience for rising 9th graders. It will be helpful and exciting for students to get a taste of what their high school has to offer.
Last year, schools brought flyers, tri-folds, did mini demonstrations and many brought a few high school students with them to speak on their behalf. It would be helpful if students know their zoned high school.
Visit the AISD school assignment by resident address (SARA), where you can enter your address to identify your zoned high school.
Please visit the Kealing counseling website for continued updates on upcoming high school transition events.
We are half way through the KMAG Curriculum Donation and Teacher Support Drive. So far, we have raised 45% of our goal with donations from 134 families. If you haven’t given yet, please join your fellow KMAG parents and help us reach our 2016 goal! Click here to donate.
